Chicken Tequila



Ingredients:


About 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thigh

3 jalapeno peppers - seeded and chopped

1 tablespoon whole coriander seeds

lime juice from 1 lime

2 tablespoons brown sugar

2 teaspoons salt

1/2 cup tequila


Directions:


Mix all the ingredients except chicken together. Marinate the chicken in the sauce for at least 30 minutes.


In the broiler, broil chicken for about 10 minutes on each side.


Move the chicken to a baking pan - pour leftover marinate over the chicken and bake in the oven at 400 degrees for 10 more minutes.
