Double Mocha Cappuccino Breakfast Cake

This thing is SO YUMMY fer breakfast with a cup of coffee. Ingredients: 1 1/2 Cup of All Purpose Flour 1 Cup of White Sugar 1/2 Cup of Butter 2 Eggs 2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract 1 3/4 Teaspoons Baking Powder 1/2 Cup Milk 3 Tablespoons of Instant Double Mocha Cappuccino powder 1/2 cup of fudge frosting 1/2 cup of cream cheese frosting Directions: Preheat oven to 350 Degrees. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, butter, and vanilla in bowl with eggs. Measure 1/2 cup of Milk and mix with Cappucino mix. Once thoroughly mixed, add to bowl with other ingredients and beat for aprox 2 minutes. Pour into baking pan and bake for 35 - 45 depending on type of pan. Remove when done. Let cool for 45 minutes, then melt frostings and drizzle over cake. Pour a cup of coffee, cut a piece of this masterpiece, sit on back an' ENJOY!
